Theme: Makeup Is Art

RULES:

*3 teams of 3… 2 artists, 1 model.

*Can ONLY use what’s in the mystery bag provided.

*They will be given a theme. In this case, it will be horror.

*Each team has 3 phone ins. The judges are the experts and they can ask for advice 3 separate times from any judge. This if they have a product they don’t know how to use or  design advice, ect. They must try to use every product in the process of creating their look. No external tools or supplies will be given.

*At the end of the hour, teams will be brushes down and we will ask each team to present their looks, a short interview will ensue, what their concept was, how they came up with their look. And the processes they used.

*Judges will keep an eye on teams and observe the process while it is going on.

*Judging the makeup: *originality, *teamwork, *product knowledge, *overall look

***Extra points if they have not used their phone in questions.  You’re welcome to divide the amounts to the task. It should not exceed 50pts total and the extra points for no phone ins is extra 6 points. Each phone in is 2 points.
